About The Retreat
This is a Sacred Women's Circle that provides invaluable support for nurturing our feminine essence and reconnecting with our ancestral female heritage. It's a gathering tailored for anyone seeking empowerment and healing through mindful techniques, knowledge exchange, artistic expression, love, and resilience. This circle serves as a creative reminder of the innate feminine healer dwelling within each of us.
Through these carefully curated processes and methods, our energy undergoes a profound reconfiguration and alignment, opening the doors to both healing and heart expansion. Simultaneously, they empower us to release burdens we no longer wish to bear in our lives—whether these are physical or emotional ailments, trauma, stagnation, or other imbalances. This transformative experience liberates us from old encumbrances and sets us firmly on the path toward healing.
Meeting a Mexican grandmother is a rare and deeply meaningful experience. Their presence carries with it a wealth of wisdom and life experience, which can be profoundly transformative. These remarkable women possess a deep, intrinsic connection with Mother Earth, and their actions are not driven by ego but by a profound sense of unity with the world around them. It is truly captivating to witness how they serve as conduits through which the natural flow of life unfolds. At times, they convey truths that transcend the limitations of the mind, leaving a lasting impression that goes beyond words.
This is a two-day retreat. On Saturday, we will immerse ourselves in the elements and partake in an authentic Cacao Ceremony. Then, on Sunday, we'll unite in a Sacred Obsidian Circle for a profound and meaningful experience.
Sacred Circles foster a supportive and nurturing environment where women can collectively explore their potential and embrace their strengths.

My name was ceremoniously bestowed upon me on the slopes of Iztaccihuatl by the Tonalmiti Grandparents, alongside their duality Grandfather Cenyacti. I embrace the traditions of the Red Road, a sacred path that stretches from Alaska to Patagonia, characterized by its profound connection to the heart's rhythm, the art of song and moon dance, the eloquence of words (palabra Florida), and the harmonious observation of nature's cycles and celestial bodies.
I share the wisdom of the feminine. As a doula assistant, I provide support such as postpartum hip closure, therapeutic massages, and energy cleansing rituals. Within sacred circles, we commune through song, the power of words, and the enchanting company of Cacao, among other practices including dance and more.
I work with Grandmother Mary Carmen as a Ciuacoatl, name that comes from the Aztec fertility goddess, assisting the healing process.
Drawing from my personal journey of healing and growth, it is a profound privilege to offer the gift of the obsidian egg and feminine wisdom in this gathering of women.
For those seeking to rekindle their connection with our rich feminine lineage, to harness inner strength, and embark on a journey of self-healing through mindful medicine, this space offers a sacred exchange of knowledge, creativity, love, and empowerment.
